Discussion about
I'm considering purchasing a co-op that I would want to modify by: - taking down a built-out closet prior owner created in corner of bedroom - putting up an L-shaped wall with door to create a small hallway to close off the bedroom from the current en-suite bathroom. Current door into the suite can be reused. Does anyone have a rough ballpark idea of how much something like this would cost me?

ronitk,

It will cost you three around three thousand. That includes the new moldings you will need as well as the patching and painting where the existing built in is
