fwiw, Corcoran listed 15D as 1800sf.

10D looks really nice.

10D is one real bedroom bigger than 15D, so if 15D is 1800 then 10D would be more.

Both list as three bedrooms, but 15D's third is the maid's room.

15D has the original maid's room & 10D got rid of that by enlarging the kitchen. Also, one bathroom is flipped. But, they seem aprox same size, no?

15D is a classic 6 and 10D is a classic 7. 10D not only has the extra full size bedroom but has slightly different dimensions to all the other rooms as well. Don't think they are comparable in size.

10D has 2 extra windows than 15D, so bigger by the master bedroom. so probably 2000-2100 sq feet?

the d line is a 6--the 15d floorplan is stock but for the fridge in the maid's bath--most put an overunder w/d there and put the fridge on the wet wall--15d is a sweetheart deal 7--ie the 6 with eastmost bdrm absorbed from what is usually a 5 rm nextdoor--it's a great apt with ex light and layout--shitty corner on the street, tho; esp when schlepping kids--aggro traffic coming to/fro fdr west side up mad at all hours--very well run large scale bldg
