They have demolished a building on 78th and 1st and it looks like the corner building is about to go too...anyone know whats planned for that lot?

The two buildings there were demolished last summer. It looks like the corner building is a holdout...it has looked like it's been about to go for 2 years now.

Right, someone told me that everyone in that corner building has left except one old man and that developers offered him a new apartment in whatever they were going to put up but he refused.
