Hi. How is this building? Two large size apt are for sale, but no transaction history. I saw one of them, it really looks nice but pricey. 3rd floor, no elevator, no doorman, but Nolita's lofty charm. Do you guys have any insight? Seeing no transaction history should freak us out? Thanks!
