Discussion about
anyone have an idea of how much per square foot tile installation should be? I'm seeing a few websites saying $5-$10 per square foot.

Depends on if someone is coming solely for this job or if the contractor is already on site. But I think its much higher here in the city.

Nintzk,

It depends on many factors:

Tiling a 5,000 sq ft floor will be cheaper per sq ft then tiling a bathroom. It also depends on what kind of tile, glass tile installation costs more then ceramic.

What is it that you want priced out as far as the tile goes?

I just paid $1800 to have my modest-size prewar bathroom re-tiled (not counting cost of the tiles).
