This seller and broker are clearly way out of touch. Not only is the layout suspect at best but there is a HUGE mold issue in this building. It surfaced 5 years ago, forcing residents to move out for a period of time and now it has re-surfaced. Each unit has now been asked to pony up serious money to try and rectify it again. but this issue wont go away. So clearly a very surprising time to try and market this proprty. Also, apt 4B couldnt sell at $3.25 million after being on mkt for months. Not sure what 3b is thinking.
