Discussion about 205 East 78th Street #15T
Anyone know why this unit is listed at more than a 30% premium above to other units on the same line that recently signed? Better light commanding that much of a premium?

you'll find that there is always an "asked premium" or listed higher than comps. If you like the apartment, put in a bid were comps have traded, then subtract 5% for a declining market an an absurd asked price. All brokers will shop your bid to try to get someone to pay higher.

You said you've never owned property. How do you know what all brokers will do?
