Toll bros. Just purchased this building and is in contract to purchase the adjacent building at 1108. It their intention to demolish both building ( 2 of the oldest buildings still standing on park, and erect a 15 story monster! How can the neighborhood stand by and do nothing? Where is the neighborhood association? Where are all the boards from the surrounding buildings?
