Toll brothers is planning on erecting a 15 story building on the site of the last 2 remaining"little houses" on park. Where is the carnegie hill neighborhood associate? Or the boards from the various coops who will have their light and views eliminated, by this un necessary development? Haven't we learned anything from the mess at 87th and park?
