So I'm in contract on a unit in brand new prospect heights condo, 659 Bergen st. Unfortunately, because the building doesn't have its CO, all units are in contract but none have closed. I am very interesting in speaking with other buyers in the building, and I'm using Street Easy's high placement on google to try and locate any buyer who happens to search 659 bergen and is interesting it swapping experiences.
