I have lived in both the forties and the fifties, and own in the Vendome, so I am happy to talk to you.

However, I admit I am not fond of some of the newest buildings in the area. Maybe check in with Paul Gavriani of Corcoran? I think of him as an Orion specialist -- but there really isn't anyone who comes to mind as solely working the Sheffield, say, or Griffin Court.

Tx front_porch...we love the Vendome..just waiting for the right 1-bdrm around 600k. Just missed one a bit back and another that hit the market had really high monthlies. Funny but the monthlies at the Vendome seem to be all over the board...being new to this, I'm sure there is good reason. Honestly, our love for pre-wars overrides the newer places due to ceiling height...we are all tall! I appreciate the name and will keep a close eye on the Vendome.
