I just love this building, this neighborhood, and this apartment! I hear there are a lot of really nice young families in this building. Does anyone know if this is true?

1.7 mil for a 5 rm on lex?? and 94th??

better to price properly than to shill around on streeteasy, if you really want to sell

dodging trucks on lex is stressful for nice families
