Did anyone watch million dollar listings last night? Is this for real? Where do these RE Agents and buyers come from?

In first episode the Swedish guy is on the phone with the seller and is surprised the seller accepts a low ball offer. So what does he do while on the phone with seller? he shoves a big piece of sushi down his mouth because he was so happy and couldn't speak to the seller due to the fact that his mouth is jammed with food. The seller keeps asking are you there? are you there? and the Swedish guy is gagging and laughing with joy. It's so scripted but I love watching it.

Forget it. What I would watch would be a reality show starring Rachael Realty. That would be sheer genius with more laughs than 30 Rock.

Ive met Ryan and he's actually pretty cool.

Sorry as this is the only remotely close tv thread and didnt think the topic was worthy of posting a dedicated new thread, for those watching HBos "Luck" the show is cancelled after a third horse died on the set.
THis will likely send Milch running back to the crackpipe.
A shame as he is a brilliant writer that never finishes a damn thing.

Back to the real estate shows, Ive only ever liked the LA one.
Maybe it's partly knowing how phony the NY ones are and west coast unfamiliarity gives it more buy-ability? The catty drama as well.

I think the show is hilarious. I loved when they flipped back and forth between the two realtors date night - OMG I would not have wanted to be on either!

The date night was painful to watch. That broker whats-his-name should just tape his Am Ex Black card to his forehead.
