Tax question: value of land

Hi, if one has a rental condo, one can depreciate the value of the condo (minus the land value) over 27.5 years. Can you tell me how I can estimate the value of the land underneath the condo. Does the NYC Dept of Finance notice of proprty tax offer any help? Many thanks.
