Notwithstanding the extremely high rents, the whole experience has been one of total disappointment and neglect by the managers. i) The elevator has broken down 9 times in the last 12 months (once with me in it) ii) The dishwasher has not functioned for a month and was replaced with a faulty unit iii) Never have more than two of the laundry machines worked iv) Electricity circuits constantly tripping under light use (look forward to summer!) iv) Bathroom wall bulging and tile breaking v) The building pipes make noise all night...all these have been brought to the managers, BLDG, on many occasions, Staff have been in and out of the apartment to re-duct plumbing for the building constantly...DO NOT BE TEMPTED!
