HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BROKER. Perfect tenant and he made up excuses and lies and refused to return my security deposit. He never fixed anything and then turned it around on me after I moved out. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Building very nice, doorman are great, apartment nice too. But beware of 4 month lead time to move in and don't expect security deposit back.

Are you referring to the owner of the unit you rented or the broker that found you the apartment? The owner should be the one returning your security deposit.
