Where does this does auction end? and when?? 3 years plus running. I imagine hanging artwork in the carousel room could be tricky.

Well, the maintenance IS only $4,500/month. For a 1 bed 1 bath.

It's been "in contract" for 6 months now... Seems like that sale may not have worked out. In the round room there is nowhere for a big TV, bookshelves, or any of the other things people normally put on walls in living rooms... Also I am surprised the seller stuck with Elliman for the whole ride down from $7 mil to $2.25 mil. Normally this type of listing burns through several agents.
