Who,what is the 'declarant' in rental contract?

We have formed an LLC which own's a unit in a condo development. We are using Blumburg Condo Rental form 101. What who is the 'declarant' in the form? Any help and references greatly appreciated.

Are you doing this without a good RE attorney?
Even a not-so-good one will answer that question.You will have more questions that need answers.

It's the sponsor/developer of the condo. That and the name of the condo on the next field down can be found in your condo declaration. If you don't have it, search your block/lot on ACRIS. It should be the oldest document. Also check for any amendments.
