Qustion on renovation cost estimate

Hi, I am looking for some advice. I'm looking at purchasing a 2bdr, 1 bath, 900 sq ft co-op apartment in manhattan. We're thinking of knocking down some walls, building some wall-to-wall closets across one of the walls of each bdr, and completely renovating the kitchen and bathroom. Will be sanding and refinishing the floors also. Not putting new floors in. We do not expect to have to move any electrical or plumbing in the apt. We expect to use medium-nice quality appliances and fixtures, like the ones you would see towards the high end of home depot or ikea. Nothing super fancy or high quality, but it would have to look nice. What do you think this type of job would cost?
