Discussion about
The roof terrace closes at 10pm everyday (including weekends). I have never heard of a building closing roof terraces that late before. Is this normal?

EDIT: I meant to say "I have never heard of a building closing roof terraces that EARLY before." On weekends I am used to never closing (if you are quiet) or midnight at the earliest.

10pm is a bit earlier than usual, but it's a quiet family building, so that makes sense to me.
