Discussion about
Does anyone know of COOPs on the upper east side between Park and 5th Avenues, and between 60th to 80th streets, that do not require multiples of the purchase price in liquid assets. I know that condos or townhouse COOPs are an option, but I would prefer medium to larger sized COOPs. Also, does a 50% down building always require large liquid assets? Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I'm sure some of the brokers can advise better but I would say in general yes- its normally at least 1-2x liquid assets after closing in a 50% down UES coop building. Sutton place has the same rules
