I am guessing no. I used to park indoors in the '90s and the price then was 250 after shopping around. Since then the area has become remarkably wealthier and a number of garages were bulldozed to make new condos.

I haven't paid for parking since '94 or '95. I used to think I had to protect my soft top from being broken into. First I stopped because I made the calculation I was paying for a new top with every month and a half of parking I didn't pay for. Later it just became that much safer.

If you shop around a bit, I think you will find that 300 per month is a deal that will be hard to beat. If you are looking for something less than that, you will likely need to consider the far west side in hells kitchen or the far west 50's to 60's
