How do I find out who building sponsor is?

I have found a Manhattan coop building I REALLY love. There are many sponsor units in the building but nothing is for sale right now. How do I find out who the sponsor is?

ACRIS can tell you the name of the co-op corporation that owns the building, and if you find a previous sponsor sale that transaction listing will have the sponsor corporation's name. BISweb may have the management company's name on permit or violation paperwork, and they might be willing to put you in touch. But if nothing's listed, there's probably nothing they're looking to sell...
