Best Real Estate Company for a seasoned agent?

Right now I do around 50 rentals and a couple of sales a year, but I am at a 50% split. Just wanted some opinions on different companies that have a higher split with a really good rental database. Any suggestions?

Don't know where those rentals are, but I would think if your GC is over $150K any of the big firms would offer you a slightly better deal. GL!

It seems that every company I interview with that there are a few things missing. Either great split, but no database or a decent split and a decent database. Just looking for something around 70 percent that has a good database.
