What a strange floorplan. 2 huge interior rooms, one that only opens off Master...

The room off the master is supposed to be a walk-in closet. The other room is an "accessory space". It's a function of having a large floor plan with only one exposure.

For $2.6MM? Right. The compromises people make in Manh never cease to amaze me. there's a lot of 'cave' your buying in this apartment.
