Reasonable Handyman/Contractor Rates

What's a reasonable hourly rate for someone? I'm on the UES, I have a few small jobs, not big enough for a contractor but probably need someone with a bit more experience than a handyman. Recs also appreciated.

75 an hour? Some guys have minimums, e.g. $75 an hour, two hour minimum.

I know people love them, but for some reason I got a crappy experience with NYcitystuff handyman services. So I wouldn't go them no matter what ny mag may say.

I can recommend my guy, but seeing that this post is over a week old, you probably already found a guy!
