Discussion about 402 East 90th Street #3/4C
My understanding is that this is a short sale as the mortgage amount is greater than the asking price...which seems high to me. Property shark clearly shows a much higher mortgage. Should this be stated in property description?

chopped from 2.300 to 1.999.

decor/renovation quite barfy.
