Discussion about
I am looking at a number of new construction buildings and can't seem to find THE perfect building/unit. Location is of no importance...well of SOME importance, I just want to buy a modern interior CONDO (no more coops for me) with all the must have amenities. So, in your experienced opinion, if you had no price constraints, which building would you consider buying in? Riverside Dr is of particular interest but only for resales. The Laureate was on top of my list, but the unit I loved just went under contract. I am especially interested in a 3/3 (or larger) or even would do a combination of units to make a "house in the sky". Thanks for your suggestions!! Suggestions on what you believe to be THE building currently in the sales/closing stage that I could consider.

15 CPW, because price is not a constraint.

It's hard without more info to consider. UWS only?

The new Brodsky building at 129 East 79th? The Tourine?

try www.nycondoblog.com -- there's a tab for top 100 new condos and top 10 of 2009. some of the info is outdated and does not include some of the more recent stuff, but could be a decent resource for your purposes.

Buca,

The Laureate is one of my favorites as well. We just finishing a project at 1212 5th Avenue which is very nicely done and the views of the Park are really great

He said location was not that important. It is right across the park.

He said "no price constraints" so location must be important
