Anyone that knows any information about this building and the construction site next to it would be appreciate it?

What would you like to know about the building? My brother-in-law lived there for a few years. I used to live across the street in 330 -- the entire time I lived there the construction site was inactive. I heard the developers ran into finance issues and put the project on hold.
