Discussion about 159 Madison Avenue in Midtown South
Any one has reviews/suggestions for this building? Maintenance has gone up which I found out from last OH visit and a lot of apts are on sale. Maintenance of $1549 for 1 BR is kind of high as well for a 750 sq foot apt.
