Does anyone rent here? Is the building any good? What about Rose Associates in general? Does anyone know what the move-in incentives referred to on their website are? I'm looking for a 1BR <$3500 in a good area (near subways, supermarkets, etc), so I was considering either this building, Rose's Ellington (on 52nd), or Archstone Midtown West (on 50th). Any advice would be welcome. Thanks!

You should look at 888 8th ave. One bedroom with a dining area and 1.5 baths for 3195.

of course, it appears as if you are trying to go the "no fee" route by picking to over priced buildings in the hopes of saving yourself the money upfront.

think about renewal time. and ask yourself why these units cost more and offer less.
