It looks like my mortgage broker is not getting me the best rate since I compared to a few other banks and they all offering a lower rate. I just submitted my co-op application to the board. Is it too late to fire my mortgage broker and go directly to a bank?

What are you basing your comparison on, have you actually talked to other lenders or are you basing off rates you saw online?

if you just submitted your package and the interview is not scheduled, you should have enough time to get another mortgage as long as it is a "vanilla" one. the issue here is that it will require another appraisal that will expose to the sellers what you are doing.
