Discussion about
Last week I called a broker regarding a short sale, and she then showed me that one and some more in the same building. I also asked her if she had any in a couple of other buildings, and never heard back from her either with the requested information or to find out if I am interested in the ones she showed me. I don't want to work with someone who does not have the initiative for basic follow-up. Or is his normal behavior for a broker? More importantly is there any obligation to work with her if I want to move on any of the units she "introduced" to me? Also can I contact the owners directly if I am able to find out who they are (only under the above scenario - not otherwise)?

Maybe the broker didn't want to work with someone who didn't appear to be serious about buying.

yeah, what nycmatt said.
Also, you can approach the owner or their broker directly. If you didn't sign anything with her, she's out.
