Have anyone recently been quoted a non-jumbo nyc coop mortgage rate? What rates have you seen? Every now and I then, I look around, just to see if we should consider refi. Thanks!

Depends entirely on your personal situation. I'm hearing about rates as low as 2.5%, and as high as 6.5%.

4.125% 30 Fixed from Wells Fargo. 4% from Astoria Federal. These are as of today. Wells rate changes daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Astoria maybe once a week unless rates jump substantially.
