Discussion about 150 East 69th Street #28M
Flipping is still alive! Is this what the brokers are talking about when they talk about strong market. Bought Sept 2011 for 2.625mm. Sold in March 2012 for $3mm (50K above ask) without any changes it seems from the ad which still talks about reno. Even after paying the broker 5% and 1% mansion tax + sundry + carrying cost, profit of ~$150K.
