Sale at 161 West 75th Street

I'm not sure I linked to the same apartment. In photos at least the place look to be in excellent condition with a very nice kitchen, floors, walls. Even if a bathroom update is needed, the price doesn't appear completely out of whack in the building. By the time you finish negotiating it will be between $1M and $1.70 I imagine. Not so bad for a nice bright 2-bedroom. If it's a very low floor with awful views, maybe it should be somewhat less.

There is so much crap out there. This apartment looks like one of the better ones. It may be a little high, but I wouldn't call it extremely aggressive.
