I really don't understand why people get upset when someone lists their apartment with a price that is considered by some to be too high. Who cares? If it is too high, it won't sell and they will drop the price. If it isn't, someone will buy it.

I would like to know why people get upset over these kinds of things. Why does Brooks have an issue with it?

There is a price chopper thread. Why not post it there with the predicion of a future chop?
