Brooks acts like a high price on an apartment is the same as if a family member of his is murdered.

I really don't understand why people get upset when someone lists their apartment with a price that is considered by some to be too high. Who cares? If it is too high, it won't sell and they will drop the price. If it isn't, someone will buy it.
