Anyone have dealings with this company and the property manager? I know of an elderly tenant on a fixed income who moved after this company took over the management of the property of the rental she had lived in for 8 years on a month-to-month "lease". The company was telegraphing large rent hikes, so she moved after giving proper notice, but now they will not return her deposit. Any advice would be appreciated.

Small Claims Court. Judges love elderly tenants.
