Does anyone have any experience living in their buildings or working with this management company? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I lived in 55 WEA in the mid '90s. Aside from it being a 80/20 bldg, the experience was pleasant and I had no complaints.

My family has lived in a Brodsky rental for 7 years, no complaints. The building is well-kept, and the on-site staff and management have always been helpful and responsive.
