Discussion about
Some questions from a potential buyer- Are the (~2500 sq. ft. ) lofts in Tribeca overpriced right now? Do you think prices will go up when the freedom tower is completed? Should buyers wait? Which area in Tribeca will you give you the biggest bang for the buck? Which is the better street? Harrison or N. Moore? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Just out curiosity why wouldn't prices go up after Freedom Tower is Built? Not saying they will but what reason would you give for prices not going up after it is completed. There should be a few more people looking to buy or rent that would like to reside in close proximity to where they work.

Don't think the kind of jobs that will be in freedom tower will be able afford tribeca.

Thanks guys, which is the best building on N. Moore? Also, which street or building would you look into if you were to purchase?

How do you even know you want to be on Tribeca, on No. Moore st. when you seem to have done ZERO research on buildings, streets, neighborhoods, etc.?
