Discussion about
I am looking for recommendations for a shop/store that makes custom bathroom vanities, ideally for a reasonable price considering I just need something that's 20" wide. Thanks.

If you want custom, you're going to pay for it. It's not going to be "reasonable." I had my master bath vanities made by Metropolitan Design Center (MDC). They have showrooms on Broadway (Flatiron) and somewhere on the Upper West Side.

Try Smolka. They did a great job with semi-custom cabinets/mirrors fro my renovation 5 years ago. cost around $1000 for a 5' long multidrawer unit.

Any kitchen store. The bath vanity is just one or more kitchen base cabinets. If you are looking cheap, look Ikea. 20" wide is insanely narrow. Pedastal sink?

I agree w/ nyc_sport--@ 20" wide, can you even have a true vanity? Maybe go w/ pedestal sink as sport suggested?
