Thoughts on Pricing?

Awful layout - like a glorified railroad flat, only with worse access to the bedrooms. Either traipsing through the living room or through the "den" kitchen.

Definitely priced to high - check out the same apartment (7E?) slightly better layout, which didn't sell for a lower asking price.

Fair point PH - my only thought is market timing - 2009 was awful . . .

7E with better layout on higher floor did not sell during a worse market. as ph said. it is a better market, but not for an overpriced place that needs to have it's layout altered.

For a 3.3M listing you'd think they could have swung for better/more photos--that kitchen shot really isn't grabbing my interest.

Fair - listing at BHS has more photos

4 bed 4 bathroom is retard

2~2.5 bathroom is well fit

the price should be 900K

Brooks2, I think they have more politically correct terms than "retard". At least in our polite society. Maybe not up in Columbia County.
