Discussion about

Anyone have tips on obtaining floor plans when owner doesn't have, management doesn't have, and previous listings on MLSLI/StreetEasy don't have. Is there a buildings dept. site that might have? Thanks!

NYPL and Columbia are good resources. Which building?

Buildings Dept only shares its archive of plans with authorized parties (i.e. the building owner/management), and I'm sure they charge for retrieving the scans/microfilms for you. But as long as the building isn't really really old, they should have whatever plans were filed/reviewed for its construction or renovation. Probably best to go through an expeditor.
