Presumably the current owner would retain the other half. Hmm. I guess desperate times call for desperate measures...

I was going to be silly and say that at this rate they'll soon be offering a one bedroom coop in this historic town home for $4.5 million or even a basement one bedroom for $3 million. Then I checked the floor plan. One of the bedrooms ion offer is in the basement! All the floors are accessible by a classic spiral staircase!

Now they've relisted with a 2 mil drop.
