This listing is deceiving - the only animals welcome are ones less than 10 lbs. The management company for the bldg does not allow renters to have animals any bigger than this. If you purchase, it's clearly a different story and you can have as big of an animal as you want.

The truth is that the sublet policy does not say anything about pets. The board reserves the right to decide on a case by case scenario. As far as I know, they have rejected only a 110 pounds dog. It is currently under examination the case of a 50 pounds Labrador.

Vivaldi - there is NO SUCH NEIGHBORHOOD as "Upper Carnegie Hill" - SE made this term up to appease the brokers who pay them so much money. Its EAST HARLEM.
