AnY thoughts on the differences between the two buildings? Visually theynlook like they could have been built by the same developer and the layouts are very similar s well. Is one betternrun than the other? Any thoughts on why prices seem low? Prices depressed by subway work?

Both buildings are well run and very comparable. The low prices are a reflection of the units that are for sale. The units that have sold recently in 310 E. 70th were all in estate condition or had not been renovated since original construction. The prices will adjust themselves when the newly renovated apartments come to the market.
