Discussion about
Hi, I am selling an apt that previously had a history of bed bugs about a year ago. We paid a professional service to have them exterminated and since then have had no issues. We have had several dog inspections that have been all clear. The building has also been cleared by dog inspections on several occasions since the incident. What's the best way to disclose the issue without spooking off buyers? Thanks.

Because the bugs are gone. You have the report from the professional service. They ask, you tell and show the report.

They will probably ask you once contract terms are being negotiated. They will try to put in something like 'to best of my knowledge there was no bed bug infestation in the past 12 months' for you to sign. at that point you disclose and explain.

How about roaches, waterbugs, silverfish, spiders, mice, etc. Why just single out beg bugs? I guess they're the insect that's enjoying it's 10 minutes of fame. LOL!
