Discussion about 233 East 69th Street #4FG
Anyone know what is the situation with the noise and disruption due to 2nd Ave subway construction for this building? Will this go on until 2016 or 2018? How is the noise/vibration at night time, can the vibrations cause structural damage to the building, etc.?
