I like to store my tenants at Manhattan Mini Storage.

Actually, it's the opposite. Not only does this building not have storage space in the basement for tenants, tenants actually have to let other people store things in their apartment. So you might come home and find someone's collection of troll dolls stored in your shower.

Yeah, it's a problem.

(On a more serious note, this question isn't linked to a building -- so we don't know what building you're talking about.)
