Discussion about
There is an open room on the other side of the wall that houses the plumbing to the bathroom sink (meaning, the bathroom and open room are adjacent, with the water pipes in the wall between). Assuming an okay from the board and no wet-over-dry problems, how difficult and costly is it to tap into that water line to add a sink in the open room? Thanks
Not so difficult, regarding the cost it's hard to say from your description, probably between 3-5k.
That doesn't sound like too difficult a job, but there are a lot of variables when it comes to plumbing. And whether your building will require a permit will effect the cost. I know a good plumber who will give you a reasonable price. We actually just finished a job today. His name is Dave and he runs DJ International Plumbing. His cell is 646-267-3739.
